Traditionally called a bean pot or soup pot. Known to be collected as art but also can be used in and on the oven. Micaceous Clay is know to “round” the flavors of food-to temper acids in the food-to “sweeten.” For cooking dried beans-it is the best. They are buttery soft and more much flavorful than any other way of cooking them.
